A strange fruit turns out to be a fig


A ripe fig.

This is a climber.


I flipped over one to show the ostiole. I have no idea what fruit this is until
I torn open a ripe fig revealing the profusion of male / female flower structure. 
A check on Figs on Singapore identify this as Ficus pumila
